Alzada Cowboy Poetry, Art & Music Show

The Alzada Cowboy Poetry, Art & Music Show is an outstanding event sponsored by the Alzada Community Club to fund their Community Hall. Admission is free and food is sold throughout the day. Cowboy Poets can recite 2 poems each, Musicians can perform 2 songs and Artists or Photographers can enter 3 pieces. Each year two Poets, two Musicians and two Artists are featured and those chosen get to perform 5 extra minutes of poems and songs. They are chosen by popular vote from the prior year.

Poets, Artists, Musicians and Photographers from at least 4 states enter the growing popular event each year. This event brings the Cowboy Culture home to all who attend the fun filled day. Join the laughter, tears and good fellowship.

People are welcome to enter, but they need to pre-register in September, please call for more information.
